4. Exchanges

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

5. No Restocking Fees

Pefira does not charge any restocking fees.

Eligible returns will not incur additional restocking penalties or hidden charges.

6. Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Maximum refund timeframe: up to 7 business days after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

7. Discounts & Promotions

Refunds will not be issued for discount codes or promotional offers that were not applied during checkout.

Promotional offers must be redeemed at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed.
